Single Area or individual room inspections are referred to as a Limited mold inspection, which does not include a visual examination of the entire building, but is limited to a specific area of the building identified and described by the inspector and/or client. As a result, moisture intrusion, water damage, musty odors, apparent mold growth, or conditions conducive to mold growth in other areas of the building may not be inspected or located.
This type of inspection typically is conducted when its just a basement with known ground water issues, or a bathroom or kitchen that had a known plumbing or appliance leak – a single area where the moisture source is known.
Services included:
– An inspection of the immediate area
– Humidity, temperature and wall moisture readings including thermal scan if needed.
– Emailed explanation of lab results
– Includes firs 4 samples (1 of which is the outdoor/control sample which is required).

Pricing for Single Area Limited Inspection:
$325 including first 4 samples, $65 per each additional sample (Air, Surface swab/tape, bulk).
*Additional $10 per sample for wall cavity samples (drilling hole in wall to pull cavity air samples).
